    Dear Miss Phat Booty, can you recommend any low impact drills that can help with endurance and strengthing? I tore my R-MCL and sprained my L-MCL last year, and despite a successful return to skating 6 months ago, every once in a while my left knee gets tweeked and requires R.I.C.E.’ing and a week or so off from derby (which is the worst!). Looking forward to insight or training recommendations from others on Vicious Circle!
